All AYK items will be shipped through USPS.  Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.
At this time, we are only shipping to US and US territories, P.O. Boxes. APO/AFO addresses. 
Please note: AYK ships Monday-Friday only during our studio business hours, 9am - 5pm PST, and excludes holidays.


Refused Shipments

Refused and returned shipments will incur additional shipping charges to resend.
Please note: AYK is not responsible for delays in postal service transit times.

Returns & Exchanges

AYK will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund or exchange, including your original sales receipt in the box, noting you would like a refund or exchange.

AYK reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. AYK will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser in the same form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Please be aware that it can take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged & Defective

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact in order to request a replacement item. AYK will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
